Okay, so I have proven that I am close to being the worst blogger ever. Which is actually too bad because there is a lot to talk about in the world of real estate. At the moment we are seeing properties selling at lightening speed! There are bungalow townhouses being listed at over $600,000, semi-detached houses selling in multiple offer over list price, and beautiful properties for sale.
With the market as hot as it is right now this is definately the time to jump in and buy and sell - the banks are certainly supportive with the crazy low interest rates.
